About Me

I’m a multidisciplinary artist originally from North Carolina and based in New York City. I studied drama, voice, and acting at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where I received my BFA. And since moving to New York I’ve supplemented my training with classes at The Atlantic Acting School and Stella Adler Studios.

My work as an actor can be characterized by a strong physicality and kinesthetic awareness attributed to my upbringing as a dancer, and I continue to attend class to this day. I’m comfortable working in classical styles as well as contemporary works and musical theater.

I also have an interest in visual arts and writing. For fun I do digital and film photography, and assist a professional photographer on gigs. I’m a self-trained video editor with ample experience creating UGC and video for social media. I also create digital art and I’m in the process of designing my own daily planner for digital and physical publishing.

Across every medium I emphasize story above all else in my work. Living in the South for most of my life has given me a keen interest in the lives of people (mostly because we’re notoriously nosy.) My work tends to focus on female-driven stories, the natural world, and spiritual themes. Check out my blog to learn more about what I’m working on!
